You will handle a variety of questions and situations, making every day different. You actively think along with customers, look for solutions and ensure a positive customer experience. You are also comfortable switching between different systems and online tools.

You will start with an intensive 8-week training programme. The training is fully paid and takes place full-time on location. After completing the training, hybrid working is possible, allowing you to work from home up to 2 days per week.

Working hours are between 07:00 and 22:00. During 3 out of every 4 weeks, you can submit your preferred shifts. For the remaining week, KLM will schedule your shifts.
